i try to go for an hour daily walk and eat healthy. That keeps my weight in check.

I exercise at least 3 times a week. And believe me it has made me much healthier. I don't have backache, muscle pain and all the tiredness that I had before. Stretching my muscles is so relaxing I am trying to do it even when I am not exercising. I am thinking of increasing my frequency like doing exercise one day and alternate it with yoga the next day for good health.

I'm not doing any exercise,though I know it's good for me!
If I decide to do some exercise,I will go to runing or lumber exercise.It's very comfortable when I finish my running.I used to running when I was in senior high school.
Doing some lumber exercise is the exact thing I should do to get rid of my fat there.

I love exercising. SO I make it up for atleast half an hour a day. If I missed doing the exercise on a single day, I would be feeling as though I'm not brisk enough. I'm so conscious about health. So I involve my family members also while exercising.My most favourite exercise is walking. On a rainy day, I would be prefering aerobic exercise.

Hello! Often I go for a evening walk as morning walk is not possible on my part because of late rising.However,I do some garden work for an hour daily in the morning hours which I think enough for me.After all gardening is also a good exercise.thanx.

oh, i didn't do exercise for a long long time. i think it is not good, my thew is not good as before, by the way , i am not old ^_^. last week i try to make a travelling, so i put all the things into my backpack, i try to carry it, oh, it is too heavy, and after a day i feel my back ahce. and now i think i need more and more exercise to make myself more strong.
