How can we eliminate the poverty? Your suggestion?

Hello friends can you suggest some policies or strategies to make our economy more stable and make poor peoples rich. Many crimes are being done due to the poverty, and unemployment. In a growing country like India how can we eliminate poverty and make more people be employed.

well i think even though how educated we are if we don't have determination to be successful then it is nothing..laziness makes us poverty
