Does your boss give you some presents to encourge you in some special days?

Today is Chinese Teachers' Day. As for me, I am kind of teacher in training centre, so it is not a legal holiday for me.
As a service organization, we could not take one-day off to rest or celebrate, but luckily, our HR gives us a box of FERRERO Chocolate for each person which suprised us and also makes us happy.
Does your boss give you some presents to encourge you ?

Not exactly, but we used to have team contests in which if we exceed or meet the targets we won gifts. So at the begining of the shift the gift were displayed and a tag allotted to each gift with the target written on it. So what ever we liked we worked on that target to get that particular gift!!

Yep, mostly when you make it or get the target, you will get bonus--often the extra money. For some particular gift, I think it was really encourged, because they think of what gift they will give it to you.
