Do Spanx work?

I have been eyeing a pair of spanx over at amazon and wonder if they really work. Do spanx work better than regular control-top panty hose that I can buy at wal-mart? I have a bit of a saggy tummy with muscle underneath due to a c-section 4 years ago. Any answers are welcome, also comment if you have found another product like this that worked for you.

I haven't tried Spanx and wish i could have one but i don't think it is now available here. I have seen it featured in Oprah and i think it really works. I only use panty girdles since i also have saggy tummy caused by a C-section as well. What i sometimes use now, if i am not too lazy to wear them, are cloth binders. It's made of cotton, so it's not that uncomfortable unlike other rubbery binders.

I will definitely have to look into cloth binders. I have tried panty girdles but they show under my clothes too much. Spanx are a bit pricey for me as I am on a strict budget, but I definitely look into that binder.

Do you know brands like Triumph or Avon? They have panty girdles that are seamless. I assure you, it wont show and it feels quite comfortable, your tummy doesn't feel so pressed.
