GOT PROBLEM with PAYMENT using ikobo

I got this message from mylot 3 hours ago:"Incomplete payment information.
Please login to your username and update your payment information. We are unable to process your payments until you do so."
I already have an account with Ikobo but no credit card. I do not know how to get one. I can access my profile but can not add new recipient.
What did I miss? I am lost here. What do I need to accomplish to get paid with ikobo?
Anyone with similar problem?
I would appreciate any help.
