How will you show to your BF/GF that you really LOVE Him/Her?

In relationship, how can we probe to our partner that we really love Him/Her? Is it by saying I LOVE YOU? I dont think so.. Because action speak louder than words. Then if we say to our partner I Love You the next word should be "will you merry me?" That should be the meaning of your Love. If we do both We say I love you and we work for her, we are on the right track.. Is that it?.. Is that enough to probe to our partner that we LOVE him/her? What do you think? How about Love our partner as we Love ourself? How can we do that? is that we care for our own good and disregard other's desire? Certaily not. Loving oneself is to Love its creator... By that we will be thankful for our creator who create our life time partner for us. Then how we love our creator? By doing His will and desires. Same goes for us.. If we love our partner we should be concern about his/her desires, dreams and goals in life. Loving our partner is to serve him/her. Our desire should be for him/her desire. What do you have in mind about this?
