qualities that you look for a relationship

about the person .... ? I don't look for appearance, I look for person's heart ... do u get me, i mean not the looks but in the heart! I like Good & God fearing person ... I don't like short term relationship, I like that person to be in the resssst of my life.

That is an interesting question. I seek intelligence, compassion, gentleness, masculinity and strength of character. There are so many things that I seek but it is not a conscious search. I met my partner in an online dating service so I had time to get to know him as a person before meeting him. I was half in love with him through our conversations but I still did not know if it would work because it also comes down to chemistry. I had met many men online who seemed to have the qualities I sought and yet when I met them there was no spark at all, no connection and you do need that connection even if they have all the qualities under the sun.

i would look for sensitivity in a relationship which i think is very rare to find these days.most of them have become selfish.

For me, good qualities of your partner are important because how can your relationship will work if you dont like his attitude. They said that if you love a person you accept all of his qualities, whether its good or not. I agree with that, but its difficult. In a relationship there is patience, love, respect, trust and a good communication so that the relationship will work. Though it's not that perfect but still working.
