Do you believe that all forms of cricket can be exciting?

According to me all forms of cricket can be exciting.
When test series is between Aus & India or Eng vs Aus or SA play the excitement is there. why is it missing in other matches. i believe that the pitches are not upto the standard (i mean the sporting standard) to give that exciting cricket.
I don't belive that T20 or ODI is only exciting. even ODI they say is not exciting but it is because of the rules followed and the flat pitches used. the same ODIs are exciting when aus play against eng or SA. how is that possible.
Do you agree or differ form this thought?
What would you suggest? Any modifications required?

No, i think only t-20 and ODI crickrt are exciting, because now a days every one have shortage of time. every one like yo see a short period game, and T-20 excite these people
