I am thawing frozen beef meat now and still thinking of how i would cook it. Perhaps i will just do it easy in my usual stir-fry style: garlic, onion, salt and pepper saute. But it seems boring. I don't know. Maybe, just grill? No, i don't like too much smoke in my kitchen...maybe boil, make stock, then saute with herbs and potatoes, then top on left over macaroni and cheese. What do you think? AM still thinking...Beef, beef, beef.

If you are talking about ground beef, I will tell you what I made last night. It's called squash parmesan dinner. If you like Italian food, you will love this. It's ground beef, ricotta cheese tomato sauce and parmesan cheese layered over floured and fried yellow squash. (Squash is in season here). I've also made it with zucchini squash AND the yellow squash. It is the only way my kids will eat these vegetables.

That sounds great and seems tasty. Thanks. But my beef is not grounded. Maybe a chopper will do the job for the beef. Thanks!

My family likes ground beef with onions, garlic, and then you mix mustard and ketchup in after it is done and serve it on hamburger buns. It is kind of like a homeade sloppy joe....but we call it spoonburgers.

We do something similar ("Hamburger surprise"). It's ground beef, cream of chicken soup, and mustard on a bun. Then put a slice of cheddar cheese on top and put under the broiler. My kids love it.

As a matter of fact, we had beef today, after not having it for quite some time. I just add it into my Thai Hot Soup, the tomyam, together with chicken and other types of vege, carrot, cauliflower, baby corn, capsicum.
