Brushing our teeth has become our daily routine. It's something that we don't plan to do everyday. The same with the way or the style we brush them. Every individual has their own different style. The most common and obvious habit when brushing our teeth is some wet their toothbrush first before applying toothpaste on it. While others put their toothpaste on their toothbrush first then only wet it. Which one is you? Mine would be applying the toothpaste first on the toothbrush then wet it.

Well if you think about it, normally the bathroom counter or sink is usually only a couple of feet from the toilet. I saw a program once where they tested a toothbrush that was kept in the traditional place in the traditional manner and you wont believe the number of bacteria that was found. I'm not really one of those people that freak out about stuff like this but it did make you think about the things that we do just out of habit and don't really think about...
This same show had tested the bottom of your shoes and the germs that we transmit to carpet which wasn't really a shocker but one of those things you never think about. The also did a womans purse. And showed how we often put our purse on restaurant bathroom floors, or on the floor beside us, etc. Almost every purse they tested had evidence of urine and feces on them...hows that for nasty!

I put my toothpaste on first and then i wet my tooth brush.
but sometimes i will do it the other way around....
I Don't really do it any certain way.. just whatever happens, happens lol
but i think... i prefer wetting my tooth brush after i have put toothpaste on it.
it seems to work better that way. hehe
