What do you dunk your fries in?

I have noticed recently that so many people use so many different sauces with their french fries. I typically use either ranch or ketchup with mine but my hubby uses fry sauce (ketchup and mayo mix) or mustard and I have a friend that only uses mustard or tartar sauce.
What do you dunk your fries in?

I like using the trusty ketchup and sometimes I use a sundae as my sauce but french fries alone is enough for me.

When referring to sundae you mean ice cream and the works? I did this a lot when I was pregnant with my kids but have many friends who like to dunk their fries in a vanilla milkshake. I am not sure what it is about that, that has so many people doing it but apparently there must be something to it. It has been so long for me that I can not remember what it tasted like.

I have been doing the ketchup and mayo mix. i did not know it is called fry sauce lol. i will use ranch if i am out to eat. i think ketchup is just getting to strong to use alone so that why i like the mayo. i like melted cheese too. My boyfriend likes hot sauce on his fries. i wont even touch his fries after he puts hot sauce on them

I did not realize that people called it fry sauce either until my hubby informed me of it. I can not imagine putting hot sauce on my fries though I can not knock it until I've tried it, which is highly unlikely :-), but my son eats them that way on occasion and it never ceases to amaze me.

I mostly just dip my french fries in ketchup. Depending on where the fries are from though, sometimes I just eat them plain. When I get curly fries at Arby's, I actually dip those in Arby's sauce sometimes. Every once in awhile I'll dip my fries in cheddar cheese sauce, which is really good too! I have also tried them dipped in ranch before, and I really liked it that way too. For the most part though, I just stick with plain old ketchup.

I love to dip my fries in ranch sauce. My favorite is Mexically ranch. It has chunky tomatoes in it. I also like bacon and cheese on my fries It's not the healthiest thing for you to eat but it is so very yummy. Now I want some!

I dunk my fries in a lot of sauces at once. ; )It usually includes ranch, ketchup, mayo, sweet and sour, or barbecue sauce. I have a friend that hate 99% of the sauces. : O She likes ranch, and that's basically it. A few of my friends like one or two sauces, and one of my friends likes all sauce, like me. ; )

I must agree with you hubby there i like (chips) as we call them in south africa with fry sauce too, its the only way for me.

I usually do the ranch and ketchup mixed together but every now and then I'll do honey mustard or ketchup and hot sauce. Mmmmm. Really good.
