Have you ever been delayed by the phone companies

Hi All, Have you ever given your phone for some repair and they have delayed you? I had given my Nokia N73 Music Edition phone to the Nokia service center and they kept delaying to give the phone. It had a simple key problem and they now say that the problems have increased and now the joystick does not work, phone restarts itself and many other problems. I have been waiting for 20 days now and still there is no hope of getting it another couple of weeks. Have you incurred any problem like this, when you have given your mobile handsets and you have been delayed the service?
