Steak Fat

My absolute favorite part of a well cooked steak is the chewy fat. I think it has the most flavor and love it when the edges get a little crispy.
How about you do you find that repulsive or are you a lover of the fat as well?

That is ok, you are entitled to your opinion and preference and if you don't like it then you don't like it :-)
