Do you always feel tired?

These days i am very busy and always feel very tired. now i am a monitor of our class .this is a new term and there are many things needed to be done. so i have no time to bath and have meals .i am not a monitor before and do not adjust to the life now.
do you often feel tired?
why?
how do you deal with that?
