i have friends that are now in canada, one of them told me to go to this site:
www.canada.org
and
www.migrationexpert.com/canada/visa/
then you try the free canadian visa eligibily assessment test..
by answering the questionaires you will discover what you need to qualify for a canadian visa..
goodluck!!

you're most welcome nl! just as an advance tip what's in the test: after answering the questionnaires you will find the points considered are: communication (you should have good commend in english/or french depending of which part in canada), ability to financially survive within 3 months (meaning you should have enough money if not yet employed), if you have friends or relatives staying there (as they can help you arrange temporary shelter/housing).
my friends has to show some "show money" in the bank (as bank deposits). getting a good agency can also help you. again goodluck! & happy mylotting!

YOu are telling me that because you dont know how hard is my country. If i will stay here for the rest of my life i am nothing. I will remain the same and will get old the same life i have now. You can say its nice because you are not living here. I am just dreaming to be in Canada for they have a nice place. Government are always taking care of the welfare of the people. SO many benefits they can get specially children in their education. Their government has a lot of programs for their people. They are serving the best as they can. Here? SO many who begs help for the government. A lot doesnt have work even those who are just graduated at school. What you can hear here is a nice words and then NO action.. If there is just a little. "POOR BECOME POORER AND RICH BECOME RICHER". Thats the quotation most of the people say here.
I dont say that i will leave my citizenship. I am just dreaming to have a good life and i know i cant find it here in this country. SO many people here are poorer than me. They are the one who needs help from the government. If i will be in Canada i will be a great help of my country..Even though im there I will not take aside who i Am. I am still a FILIPINO.

Yes i do have a friend in there..But for now he is busy with his work and raising his child. The time he had no child i was the priority. NOw that he had his son i was left behind. Thats really sad. BUt will not gonna force him to get me here anyway. I will try to work it myself.

that's all fine.. but do you have any inside information about canada... i can understand the frustration you are feeling..but do you actually know someone who has been in to canada or who lives there.. first you should get more information about what you would be getting yourself into by signing up for canada...

Well, from the looks of it you are a caregiver. I am sure that one day you will have your chance. A lot of people are working in Canada as a caregiver. I have not much of an advise on how to go there but just wish you the best and hope that your dreams will be fulfilled. Most of the response are very useful and important. Just give it your best and never ever give up hope.
