Can I transfer my money in Alertpay to my Paypal Account?

I received my first payment from a good PTC site in my Alertpay Account. The only problem is I don't know how can I have my money in my bank account here in our country. I am confused with Alertpay's instructions and I am afraid of losing my money. Since I have my Paypal account and I know how to get my money from them to my bank account, is it possible to transfer my money from Alertpay to my Paypal Account?
