haha as a guy i can not answer this question, but at times it does seem like they think they do... but at times im not gonna lie i act like i know every thing.. so i think it goes vise versa

Women know how they feel and you can tell us till our eyes turn colors that were wrong. As A women I'm still going to trust my instincts! They have not failed me yet.
