Do you like your boss?

When I first started working I thought my boss was an ok person, but after about a year I wanted to pull my hair out from frustration. I like my job because I don't have someone over my shoulder all day. My boss likes my work (which is great) but she always wants to watch me do it. I don't like when people stand over me. I feel like they are invading my privacy. She's a nice person but just very clingly. How do you feel about your boss?

I work in a factory. So I get a new boss about every 4 to 6 months.
I just got a new boss last week. I also just got a promotion.
My bosses have always been men, and I have been with the company
for 15 years.
I'm the type of person that want take any crap though. I just told my new boss,
I'll tell you in a minute to kiss my @ss, if I need to.
I stand up for my self. I think I would ask that lady if she wanted to finish the work I
was on. If not, then I'd tell her she could see it when I was done..

my boss cares too much about the little things and not enough about the big things. she always has to be up under me when i'm working making sure everything is perfect. it's a little aggravating since i'm one of her best employees.

That can definitely be annoying. It's like invasion of the boss or something. Sometimes I want to cream "Go away!" BUT, that wouldn't be very wise. Ugh! What can you do about it!
