If I am not responding to your discussions...

Moonlit..I've had this problem for months now so i just come to friends started discussions and this way i can see just who did new ones..you will be surprised on the ones you've missed this way Huggs

I dont use the notify feature myself but it seesm to me that this sort of thing happens a fair amount from what I've noticed....I've seen more than one thread over the months from members saying they're having that same issue...

I haven't received one single notification when a friend starts a new discussion since they made one of the upgrades months ago. All of my notifications are turned on and appropriate boxes checked in my preferences. The only notifications I get are when someone comments on one of my discussions or one of my responses. I've written to myLot several times and gotten no reply and no resolution to the problem. I don't know how many good discussions I've missed because of it since I spend most of my myLotting time hitting tabs on the top of the page and going thru page after page of discussions. Some of which are several weeks old. I used to go thru my e-mail notifications every morning and caught the discussions when they were new and I liked it that way. I don't make anywhere near the money I used to make because I hate hunting for discussions. My computer is so slow it gets very tedious. I'm going to keep writing to myLot about this, hopefully someday they'll pay attention. So when I don't answer a really interesting discussion a friend has started it's because I don't know about them until I happen to accidentally run across it as I'm going thru dozens of pages of uninteresting discussions.

I too am not regularly getting everyones notifications. So I keep checking on the discussions started my friends and respond to whatever I see there.

Hi there! I am also experiencing the same thing. I have my notifications on but I don't receive all of them. Especially discussions from my new friends. Maybe there's some glitches with regards to notifications on. But even though, I don't worry myself too much about it. Besides, there's nothing I can do if I'm not notified. I just try my best to browse on the friend's started tab to respond to my friend's discussions. Ciao!

Same here... Before I knew it, there are tons of replies to what I posted, without me knowing at all... I think they need to work on this, because it may seem we're rude for not responding when they reply to us...

AARRGGHH!!! That happened to my husband a while back, when he was hardly getting any e-mail at all. Are you with Yahoo? I am with Yahoo.dk, and he's with the old standard Yahoo.com. Yahoo.dk doesn't screw with my notifications that often, but Yahoo.com screws with everything, so I've been told.
