I am sitting here on my computer doing homework, myLot, and working online all at the same time, when I turned around to see Rachel Ray making a pretty good looking meal on TV with mushrooms and such. I started thinking to myself it might be good to try, when I stopped and thought to myself... "why do people watch Food Network?"
I mean, I figure it's pretty self-explanatory, but I wonder what we all watching it for nonetheless. Do you use the recipes you see? Are you cooking along with an episode/show? Do you use it for ideas? Are you like me and just like seeing good food sometimes?

Hahaha... yeah, between Rachel Ray and Paula Deen the last hour or so, I am craving some scallops, some mushroom ravioli, and some BBQ chicken. hahaha! I think it'd be weird to cook with an episode, too, but I can imagine someone does it. That would be kinda cool to see.
Thanks for responding!

I watch food network all the time, I am addicted, and yes I do use some of the recipes. The only problem is they require expensive ingredients that only those Hollywood people can afford..lol. I have made some of the cookie recipes and I must say it was a 50\50 turn out, some cases I liked my recipes better some cases I liked theirs. I have never cooked along with the show though, I am sure that would be cool though..Food network mainly makes me hungry...lol
