Is it possible to transfer money from Alertpay to Paypal?

Im just wondering if there is a way to transfer money from Alertpay to Paypal. Im from canada, and i have some money in Alertpay, but i need to purchase something and that company only accepts paypal. And i dont have any money on Paypal at the moment. So is there any way to transfer money from Alertpay to Paypal? Thanks~
