Is there staffs who always want to manage others in your company?

hi,everyone here,i find someone always want to control others in life or working.he maybe your relatives in life,he or she must care you much,but it's gross in working,i think.he or she is not your boss or other leaders,usually,he or she has no more ability than you,but always want you subject to him (or her) on everyting.he (or her)will find bone in one egg on you if you don't want to do what he (or her)wants you to.i find this kind of people in two companys,do you have this people there?and how do you think about them?
