Anyone know the meaning of dreams....

First of all, let me start by saying only the dreamer can interpret their own dreams. For only you know whats going on in your present and past life, your thoughts, what have you. The rest of us can only look in from the outside and give you opinions based on our own experiences we might have. Some dreams like that can be prophetic. Perhaps you are dreaming of a beautiful baby you will have some day. A lot of baby dreams, however, represent something new that will be or already has happened. New job, house, car, issue, etc. Perhaps because you do not yet know it's name, you have not dealt with this "new" thing in your life. Since you are preparing for it's arrival, you may already have an idea of what it is that might be getting ready to happen In my opinion, and just because I have worked with my dreams for MANY years, the dream dictionary explanations of ones dreams are not very accurate. Dreamjournal.net is a good place. You can start your own electronic dream journal, keep it private, or make it public and request "interpretations" from other users. This is what its definition of what "baby" means: BABY "The fears, responses, relationship problems or strengths you carry with you from early childhood. A part of you, or a developing skill that is still in the early stages of development, and needs nurturing, encouraging, caring for, lest it perish. A new phase of life, a new idea, new activity, therefore inner possibilities." See how different it is from a "dream dictionary"? I am not knocking your first responders response at all.. I just don't agree with a "one definition fits all" ya know
