How to order dishes when you invite a girl to dinner?

When I invite a girl to dinner I will order several dishes. But the girl I invit usually eat only a little. I have to have almost all the dishes and I feel like inviting myself.
How to order dishes that she like and how to make her to have more?

first of all, you should ask her which dishes she likes. maybe the reason she eats only a few, is that she didnt like what is being served. if she's too shy to make a suggestion, it's a good point that you know the girl really well, so you would know which dishes to pick and would suit her taste.
