Is there a story or particular habit that made you name your dog whatever you named him/her?
Is there any other name your dog responds to?

My dog's name is Gouzai!Translate into English is little dog.
It's a habit to name him this name,no matter how old he is .Because we name him this name when he is a baby.
He just responds to this name
When he grow up,we still call him Gouzai!

I kinda do the same thing lol. I often call both my huge golden retriever and my little Pomeranian puppy or "little dog" in mandarin. They both respond to it. But for me their actual names are quite generic...Oliver and Bernice. Thanks for sharing.
