Can any one simply explain me nuclear fission,fusion reaction and Hydrongen bomb action.. (Answer Shortly)

Nuclear Fission : Breaking of large nucleus in to smaller ones.Because of this large amount of energy will be produced. Nuclear Fusion : Combining of two smaler nucleus in to bigger ones.Because of this huge amount of energy will be released. Hydrogen Bomb : Example of nuclear fusion.

Yeah it's that only one more thing to add. Hydrogen bomb first use fission to produce heat so temperature rises and thus fusion can start due to the attainment of plasma.
