What dog is it?
Maybe start feeding it more healthy foods in smaller portions and taking your dog for more walks and maybe even swimming. Pay him lots of attention and keep him active as much as you can.

Maybe your dog needs to be more active. You can try taking it out to walk regularly but if you think the problem is kinda serious, maybe you should take your dog to the vet and ask for advice to be sure.

Consult any animal doctor so he can give you good medicine for human beings it is easy to work out but pets we need to give them proper food and medicine make them to good health conditions.
