How often do you change your underwear a day?

i change mine everytime i am done showering (morning), and before i sleep..(night)

I change my underwear every Sunday...once a week...or unless a stain starts to build then I'll consider changing sooner. I feel that this is normal for a guy. If times are tough...I just spray a little cologne in the "pocket" area to help freshen my day. Hope this helps provide a male point of view to the discussion...;)

Normally I only change my underwear once a day. Sometimes twice if I am sweating a lot during the day.

are you girl or man.do you still have to ask that. of course morning when you take a bath and in the evening before going to bed. its disgusting if you go to bed without changing it.

This is a very strange question. As I have a bath everyday, so I must change my underwear daily:) I love China
