dreams that r so real

Hi there today i wil tel u about a dream that was so real that even while iam narrating this iam having goose bumps.Ireturned with my family after a great vacation and as v reached our appartment door we saw that right in front of our door there were some mattresses and wet clothes lying in a polybag,only to learn that our next door neighbour had passed away , so v guessed that those were his belongings infront of our door .Anyhow v entered our house but i was furious over this and started getting angry over the neighbours for having put such stuff over there.My hubby calmed me down and v being tired from the journey went to bed early.At about midnightmy little son was very cranky so i put him on my tummy and went of to sleep and then i felt as if someone was dribbling me like a bal right up &down from the ceiling and then dropped me on the bed i woke up terrified shouted but no words came out i could only see lot of light go out of the room.I shook myself to come back from the shock checked on my baby and then managed to wake up my hubby.Since then i am unable to understand whether what happened was real or real like.I am not getting answers and infact started to feel that there are supernatural powers , do share ur experiences it might help.
