how long you sleep everyday?

i sleep for about 6 to 8 hours a day.i cant do any work properly if my sleep is disturbed for a single day.. i have heared people saying they sleep just 3 hours a day...is there anyone who sleeps for 3hours or less...how long you sleep...do you like to sleep?

My average sleep is 6 hours a day during weekdays but during weekends, I am getting the most time I can sleep and even wake up when it is almost 12 o'clock already. If I cannot get my full sleep, I tend to be irritated and can't stop yawning all day.

I need a sleep for atleast 7-8 hrs in a day, if not i feel so tired in morning itself. And i don believe on people saying sleep of 3 hrs enought that may be in occassional days nor on regular basis..well my friend try to have a proper sleep. even to keep relax, we can better keep the eyes closed when we are idle. thats very relaxing and improves the blood circulation too..

I like to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. When I get less I will wake up groggy, and then want to stay up too late the next night too. It meses up my rhythm. With 8 hours of sleep on a regular basis, I pop up wide awake and excited about starting the next day. I love to sleep, but also love to get up naturally energized.

It says the person need to have atleast 8 hours a day.But in my case, i do sometimes sleep more than 8 hours. My average hours of sleep is 6-8 and i'll be ok with that for the day. Sometimes lack of sleeps makes me grumpy, and too much sleep makes me lazy. So i decided to have a proper sleep.

On college days, I go to sleep at around 10:30 pm and wake up at 6 am. If I don't have any classes, I go to bed at around 2 or 3 am and get up after noon. Sleeping is essential for me. If we don't get proper sleep, it affects our memory and functionality. We don't perform our tasks well without getting our daily dose of proper, uninterrupted sleep. It's the time that our brain cells recharge and store to memory the things that need to be remembered from that day.

hi there, i love to sleep. i sleep about eight hours a day, and if i get disturbed from my sleep the entire day is affected for me. i would feel sleepy the whole day and all my work gets affected. it is necessary that a person should sleep for at least six hours a day from the health point of view.

I love to sleep! I use to be able to sleep for over 12 hours but now a days I can only sleep about 9 at the most but its usually around 6-8 hours like yourself. I wish I had more time to sleep but there doesnt seem to be enough hours in a day for me to lounge around in bed.

Me too i usually sleep for 6 to 8 hours a day but sometimes when i really need to do something i only sleep from 1 to 3 hours a day,and its hard to work properly when you only have a limited time tosleep,Ideas just dont come up to mind and synchronization with mind and body is off as well.Hope you liked my response,have a nice day.
