Anonymous people would sometimes give me a ring and insist that i know him and sometimes i would receive a text message from someone who insist that i am who i am not or would tell me he really know me but in fact he doesn't. sometimes it pisses me off. i don't wanna change my number since i have been using it for a long time. i don't know what to do. have you ever experienced this or the like?

Why dont you ask somebody else in your home to answer the phone? I would report this case to the police to check who this weirdo is. It might be someone causing nuisance or a serious stalker whom you should be wary of. It might be the first sign to show you that there is real danger. So take your precautions. Better safe than sorry.
