what i should do

i am studing medicine in my collage now ,i of course know it is very difficult to be an excellent doctor, these excellent doctors must have many kinds of konwledge, and in fact there are only small parts of students wha can work in hospitals,but lots of time have passed and i feel i have learn nothing,as a result,i can not sleep or study as usual, how should i adjust my attitude to survive this hard time?thank you .

ya it would be better if you try to put some extra efforts in studies cause in a career like medicine you shuld always learn new things so please put some efforts to become a good doctor tommorow..........

are you intending to work in a hospital? or to work in a doctor's office? perhaps you should speak with someone at the college. do you have a counselor? do you have a favorite teacher? i'm sure they have heard of this problem before. they are wise and may help you adjust your feelings and concern. all is not lost, unless you allow it to be lost. good luck to you !
