Do You feel Guilty of a Person dieing before Your Eyes

My discussion before the friends is that have you ever experience a human being dieing before your eyes. I have seen it with my two eyes and it is the most regrettable and non forgetable incidence in my life. I was on way to capital in connection with some official engagement in a hired Taxi. On the way at a High way there was an accident between the Bike and a loaded Truck. When I reached the spot and get out of the care I saw two young men in a pool of blood and they died before my eyes but I and other available persons could not do any thing for the dieing human beings. When ever now I switch on the rewind button it curse me why I could not do some thing to save two precious human lives. Have you also met with such an incidence which you can not forget in life.Please discuss.
