Radio host Howard Stern is set to shock his listeners

Today I was shocked to read this news in National Paper that a 22 year old brunette is auctioning off her virginity in a desperate bid to pay for her college tuition. The San Diego brunette, who is using the pseudonym of Natalie Dylan for "safety reasons", was introduced to the RJ by the owner of a legal Nevada brothel, where her sister already works. The winner of the auction will get to consummate at the brothel.
The girl, who already has a bachelor's degree in women's studies at Sacramento State, wants to study further for master's in family and marriage therapy.
Do you agree with the decision of this girl? Is this the only option left to pay her college fee? Personally I feel one should not let down one's character whatever difficulty he/she faces.

I do not agree but some people really will turn into that thing for their education...I hear also in our University before but it was not on air, they will approach rich people to give them money for their tuition in exchange of their services!
I know if this girl will work, she can do it since she has already a degree, but maybe she wants the easiest way to earn money and support for her dream![/i]

You are right Checapricorn that having a degree this girl could have taken up a part time job but I don't understand why she wants to stoop so low.

Surely there are other ways to pay for your tuition, like work. I'm sorry, but this seems too much like a publicity stunt. She wants to study further in family and marriage therapy but are more than willing to sell her body to achieve that goal? How can anybody take her seriously in her chosen profession after that?

Nothing Howard Stern does shocks me...I rarely watch him b/c personally I think he's a big sleezeball who likes to make women look sleezy and trashy but that's just my opinion and I'm sure there are those that like him...to each his own.
As to the girl, there are other ways to pay for college. Ppl go to medical school which is like 8 years and ppl manage to pay for that without auctioning off their body. There are student loans and grants and she could get a job or even 2 jobs if need be. It's nice to be ambitious but you also have to be realistic.
