Flash CS 3 Professional

I'd like to upgrade my kind of dated Flash program to this Adobe Flash CS3 Professional, but it's a bit expensive. Is there any means of buying a legal (not pirated), discounted version?

If I use some software for private purposes (e.g. learning), not commercial, there is very big chance to use pirated version, but if I use some software for production, i mean if I earn with that software I use licensed one.
So whenever you make decision to pay or not, have in mind what will you be doing with that peace of code (software)
