Unresolved Discussions? Stars? Ranking?

What are all these things? from reading around I gather that best responses have to do with unresolved discussions. What do you get when you get best response, if anything? Where can you find your ranking? Is it how many posts you have, or based on the quality? Do you earn more based on your rank? Maybe I just missed all this somewhere. I'm fairly new to my lot and up to .75

Unresolved discussion is the discussion that you haven't choose someone to become the best response.
The star one is show your reputation in here. You will get it when you reach 100th post.
The rangking can be increase and decrease. You just need to post a quality post, maybe like a descriptive sentences.

Hi Lyke, Welcome to mylot. You have come to the right place to hang out. well, when you get best response, you earned a good reputations here in mylot. Ranking? I am not sure what you mean because there is also ranking in every interests you have here. You will earn more if you spend more time here responding to discussions of not less than 4 lines, posting new discussions with quality, rating responses, choosing best response, use the mylot code that if you reach 200 posts, be kind and understanding to other mylotters then you will be fine here.
