that's kind of a dumb thing to ask but i'll answer it. i doubt adam had a belly button because that would mean he had an umbillical cord. in order to have an umbilical cord he would have had to have been given birth to and since god created him out of dust there is no umbilical cord. since there is no umbilical cord there is not belly button. eve doesn't have one either because she made out of adams rib. if you want to ask real interesting question you should ask whether or not god has an umbilical cord.

Hahaha, I personally find it a great question and if he did have a belly button, I wonder as he looked at it what he was thinking. If he pushed it would he get room service, maybe it would make the sound of a door bell, was it suppose to be there or actually be a 2nd little toe........or did it grow bigger as he got older so he could rest his TV dinners on it :)

Belly buttons are the scars remaining from our umbilical cord. As the Adam of Judeo-Christian mythology wasn't really born, he wouldn't have had an umbilical cord at any time of his life, and therefore no belly button.

well if we all inherited our genetic information from Adam and Eve and we have belly buttons then Adam and Eve must have had belly buttons or else where would we get the genetic code to make a belly button? Unless God inserted the genetic code into each of their children, I suppose thats possible but it seems easier to just start with a human with a belly button and God does have unlimited intelligence so He probably would be right on top of the efficiency thing. But perhaps there are factors I am not considering, I suppose we will never know. Maybe we will find out when we leave this world.
