foreign bank loans and lottery scams

My question is Are these loans and lottery winnings on email legal. How can we stop all of these email scams I get 10-12 a day. I know they are not real but they really irritate me on my computer. is there anything we can do to stop these or complain???? I did fill out the request for a loan but did not send money when they requested transfer fees. the person kept trying to convince me he was a good guy and would hwelp me and wanted to give me the money but he had to have the fees. He agreed to pay hafl and insisted I go right away and send the other half 147$.. I kept refusing and told him to take the fees from the proceeds and send me the rest . He would not address that situation. Finally he got mad and used the f word and wrote in really bad englis that he was not trying to get my" f------ hard arm mony". I told hIM not to Write me anymore. CAN WE PUT A STOP TO THESE AT ALL???

You should be able to "block" the sender via your email program and that will stop them! Alternatively you can also "mark" as spam depending on which email program you use. Best regards, Marzi

i am not too familiar with to computer but I will give it a try....I will see if I have the Mark as thing on my computer. These scams just make me so mad I ccant imagine how many people have fallen or will fall for these people. I almost did with the loan thing because I am really in debt. But when he asked for money a fee I did not continue...I will try to figure out how to blockthese things ahnks
