Pull the racism card out of the deck already!

I know a couple of people who are a different race than I am. One is a lady from work and the other is my business partner's husband. The lady from work is philipino and claims that if someone doesn't like her it's because they are racist. I have to disagree with that and say that it's nothing to do with her culture background and it has everything to do with the way she works. Not very well. For instance, I work in a nursing home and we take care of a lot of residents with alzheimers and dimensia so they have no idea what they are doing. This one man has alzheimers and he is a fighter who never lets anyone help him and wants to struggle with us all the time so she thought he was racist. I found that rediculous!
Now the other person I know is my business partner's husband, we own a daycare at her house and everything that goes wrong for him is because he's black. It's really getting on my nerves already everytime I have to hear this.
Example: This one lady who was dropping off her daughter in the morning drove off fast a couple times. Now I'm guessing it's because she was running late for work, or maybe she was angry because she's pregnant and she was just having a rough morning? Well he claimed that it's because she's racist. Another instance was when he came into the playroom and this little girl threw a toy at him. She thought he did that because he's black. Everything that happens to him, he thinks it's because of his skin color!
I really feel like telling him to cool it and I think it's low self esteem.
What would you say to a person or people that use the racism card all the time even when you know it's not true?

Some people use the racism card as a cop-out for their character. Although there still are racist people and situations, I don't think it's the excuse for everything.

That's very true. In this day there is no reason people should still be racist. It's crazy.
