how to do if your family member do not go to school for studing?

hm... , I think your brother still need to school, in fact knowledge is related one an another , we can just throw it away if we don,t like. Yes , like and dislike is always be with us . OK example ford invite car , do you believe that he only know how to build car? i don,t think so , he must know how to sell(economic knowledge) , how to innovation(art knowledge), how engine work( science knowledge ) etc. if ford didn,t know that i believe he can success as now another example: Bill Gates i believe he know how to trade a share ,etc. even he is rich with his Microsoft now remember "your plan is not always the same as what you want". so we must learn as lot as we can to avoid if our planing dosen,t work with us ask your brother like this: 1. is your brother really 100% take his repairing skill for a living? 2.do your brother never want to change? , what if someday he got another plan and he can,t figure it out because he never learn it before? I think that for some people we can only see a person being successful if they are college degreed in some type of academic field. There are many people that don't necessarily have academic based jobs and are very successful. I think that it is important to allow a person to choose what is best for them. Its important that you choose a field that not only is about the money that you earn but that it is something that you like and can be good at. A college degree doesn't mean automatic success. There are some people that have more than one degree and are unemployed. I always say that the most successful people would do there jobs for free. If you love what you do and work hard at then the money and success will come.

Studying is something we could not force to anyone. Even we send them to school, if they don't want the course or the school or the study itself, then e could not do anything about it. But let the person freely choose what kind of school, course and lessons he or she wanted to learn.

I think if you bother wants to make a good living on cars one day he should go to school and become a macanic. If he has a collage degree hes going to make alot more money one day so keep telling him this and i think he will change.
