Well, they say LAUGHTER is the best medicine. That it makes people look younger. Have you ever experienced having a bad day or experience that you feel as if nothing you do can make it better. And all you could do is laugh about it and suddenly you find yourself feeling much better?
I guess it's positiveness is the cause for this and all other claims people say about laughter... What do you think?

I'm so sorry for coming in so late. Yes I have first hand experience of this and that too, many times. I always try to steal some laughter moment or watch some laughter show to de-stress myself.

I think laughter is the best medicine. There were moments when I just felt crappy as hell! And then someone would say something fun or something just to make me smile, I'd start laughing and then, I felt better. I wasn't mad or as mad as I was. Even if I wasn't mad and was simply laughing with friends or something, I'd feel good.

Oh I agree with that very much, laughter is the best medicine but it is very hard to be in this frame of mood all the time especially with the negatives of today, plus a lot of the things that make us sad when you think about is us feeling sorry for our selves...we just have to appreciate what we have and enjoy it rather than focusing on what we don't have or want...

Yes I know what you mean. Kind of like I will email someone about it and the retelling of the bad day starts to seem funny to me so I will laugh. My daughter is on a restricted diet and we will make jokes when she feels that she can't eat anything and then it doesn't seem so bad.
Laughter really is good medicine.
