Health and Safety and breaks away from the PC when working in an office

I work in an office and the other day we were having a discussion re breaks and time away from your PC and what is the correct stance from a point of Health and Safety. Does anyone know what the correct guidelines are in the UK please?I had a look at the HSE website and could find some information about Call Centres, well guidelines, but I work in an office and my use of the PC is not continual. Does the fact that I may look away from the screen to talk to someone, or answer the phone count as my time away from actually looking at the screen?Thanks for all contributions!
