If you are earning about 15,000 here, Do you still be willing to go aboard to work? specially in Saudi arabia.?

No. If I am making 15K in the US, I have a pretty crappy job and can easily find something much better. The only way I would go over seas is if I was making well over 100K and I was being very over paid for my job.
