Hi Ganesh44, I cannot understand your countrys govermant why kill girls child before they are born and what is wrong having a girl child? it is against the law in out country to kill girl child or boy befor they are born, don't your country believe in birth control, I think it is disgusting to kill unborn child, the law in your country should be changed. Really? So it is also the same in China, Because I think they have a one child policy there because of their overflowing population. BUt I think all over the world there are more women than men 1:3. And the gays are starting to spread I think about 2:10 are gays. And I'm a feminist although I'm a man, I just hate the inequality that some traditions are giving to Women.

Well, it is true.Most of the people prefer baby boy,and not baby girl.In India,especially, since,it is like sort of burden for parents if one have girl child due to the system of social evil called "dowry".I hate people who demand dowry,and burnt their daughter in laws and wives for the sake of dowry.This is an act of inhumanity and brutality.I am also from India but mu custom,tradition and culture is totally different from rest of the India.We respect women and treat every man and women equally.It is not only boys that inherits properties but even girls.Girls are given special preferences and parents are more than happy when baby girl is born in a family.It is sad that some people don't like baby girls.They kill them even when they are still in their mother's womb.It is cruel.You are right after some years from now,only few girls would remain.

Its sad to hear that there are no same opportunities for both boys and girls in your country. Tough I may understand that this is a means of the government to control population and to properly mange the dwindling resources, I think its not right to subject just one gender to discrimination such as this. Perhaps in your country there are no balance in rights for both genders but I do not supports such an act. Well the ratio really is not that bad if you ask me, when it becomes worst than that I believe your people should act more.
