Should Poor Be Helped???????????????

should poorer be helped by us, if yes why because now a days there are people who takes the shelter of these sort of helps and the actual poorer are deprived of the help,

dont give a man a fish. teach him how to fish? hah. i think it depends on WHO the poor is.. if he's like an able person.. then why the hell does he do something??? but if we are talkinga about a 90 year old granny... then yaah maybe it's ok to help.
