which type of friends do you have?

i'm doing some preparation on some oral topics (ESL), friendship in particular, and i surf the internet and find some interesting categories of friendship, say, pest friends, guest friends, best friends; or soulmates, pen pals, girl/boy friends; best friends, how many types of friends do you have and how do you group them?

I have a lot...and I categorize them according to where or when I met them. I have high school friends, college friends, office friends, website friends (friendster, multiply, tagged), drinking buddies (hehehe) there's a lot but it does not necessarily mean that not all of them are acquainted with each other. Some of them are and if they would like to join me on my other happenings I let them come to.

I have two! A childhood friend of mine and a best friend during high school years. I still invite them to any party that I have. Everyone is invited. I love friends coming over. I send them gifts, cards, flowers during special occassions and I love them dearly.
