Homemade Christmas gift for a 8yr old boy?

Good for you - made presents are always better :) Maybe a framed picture of one of his fave cartoon characters for his bedroom? - a friend of mine did this and it looked really cool - if you are good at art you could paint it on a small canvas? Food is always good for boys - maybe some cartoon shaped cookies or biscuits all put in a decorated box? Do you knit/ sew? if you do a scarf or gloves for the winter are good gifts (boys especially tend to lose these so always need more than one set. my sis makes a drawstring sports bag out of a pillowcase - you could make one of these using a pillowcase of one of his fave characters. hope these help - good luck
