What is the Best Site to Blog At?

Hi everyone, I want to start a new blog (I have several old ones including a livejournal I never keep up with) and I want to know the best site to start it on, considering there are quite a few out there.
Should I choose Wordpress, Blogspot, or some other site? Any recommendations you have will be helpful.

I am personally a big fan of Blogger, but that is kind of biased because it is pretty much the only blogging site that I've ever used (other than diaryland when I was in middle/high school). I love the site, there's no software to download, and I find it very easy to use.
