Google adsense just disabled our account for no logical reason!

Google just sent us a message that they disabled our account because, according to them, they "found that your AdSense account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage our advertisers in the future...", they disabled our account and won't be paying us. Some friends of ours also told us that google disable their account when they are reaching the first payout ($100) for some reasons they cannot really understand. I don't understand and accept their reason because since January, we have already earned $40+ and if we will "financially damage" them, then should have been earning a lot, more that how much they can pay us. We have not even made a cash out yet we are already tagged as someone who could cause them "financial damage". Had this happened to you? Can you tell recommend other sites like adsense that are more reasonable?
