I tend to keep the same mobile phone for years! Because I am not much of a mobile phone user to be honest, I just use it for emergencies when I am in the car in case I break down, and to text my friends, but I hardly even call people on it. I have always had a Nokia phone because it is user friendly and very reliable! I think I have had 3 phones in 9 years in total, and one I had to replace because it got stolen, I guess because I don't use them much they last longer on me!

Hi there Wolfie!
Yeah, you're right. Nokia phones are user friendly and reliable. It's the most used brand of cellphones here in our country so it isn't hard to look for spare parts when any of the ones in your phone got broken and needs to be replaced so it's more practical. I am currently using a Nokia Phone too.
Thank you very much for your response.

Hello Snake Queen!
That's great! I bet it already have a sentimental value for you. I have been with my phone for nine months now. It was given to me by my sister-in-law. Actually, we kind of swapped cellphones. And it was very nice of her because hers, the one that I have now, is a newer model with better features.
Thank you very much for your response.

I replace my cell phone in case it gets broken. I had only three cell phones till now. The first one has ended in the dog's water bowl and could not be repaired. Another cell phone fall and it was also beyond repair. I own a PDA up till now. I find it handy since you can keep appointments and write emails on it. I don 't have in mind to change it for the time being.

Hi there Ronaldinu!
That's really practical and yeah, PDA's are better for those who have their schedule to watch.
Thank you very much for your response.

in december 2004 i was given nokia 1100 by my office. i left that job in dec. 2005. but even today i have the same mobile. i do not believe in changing mobiles unless lost. and to me mobile is only for communicative information. that's all and nothing else.

Hi there Sweet Couple!
Yeah, you're right. I think it's great that your employer gave you a mobile phone and not take it back even after you left your job.
Thank you very much for your response.

I'm like you I don't replace what's not broken, I'm not that good with phones and hate texting but need one incase the kids need to get hold of me or school rings, that about it, my nieces are always having the latest must have mobile but I'm older so trends are not that important to me.

Hi there Scorpio!
I noticed that the younger people are usually the ones who are constantly upgrading the models of their cellphone whenever possible.
Thank you very much for your response.
